Vietnam Adoption News UpdateVietnam Adoptions

Vietnamese AdoptionNew Beginnings has worked with the wonderful people in the Vinh Phuc Social Care Center since 1997. The Center has recently moved to a new facility where the nurturing and care given to the children remains excellent. The provincial officials that manage the adoption process conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Vuong Nguyen HoangOur representative in Vietnam is Mr. Vuong Nguyen Hoang. He will obtain the necessary approvals for your dossier and prepare the legal requirements for your trip. While abroad, Mr. Hoang will guide your adoption process to completion. He has worked with New Beginnings for ten years and has extensive experience in working with the Vietnamese officials.

New Beginnings has been working to open programs in other provinces in Vietnam and has successfully been approved as of August 1, 2007 to work in the province of Hai Duong with the Hai Duong Social Welfare Center. We are looking forward to building a strong and successful relationship with this center as we have with our center in Vinh Phuc. Hai Duong province is located east of Hanoi, about 2 hours drive. It is primarily a center for handicapped children and young adults, who come for the daily occupational and physical therapy programs. This Center does also accept babies and younger children for placement for adoption. In addition, to placing children from this new site New Beginnings will play an integral role in the assistance of the construction of a new babies home. They are very excited about building this relationship and being able to find loving, permanent homes for the children who so desperately need them.

Vietnam AdoptionsThe Vietnam adoption process takes about a year, though there will be variations in the length of time depending on the children available. Medical care is good, however, the medical information, though adequate, is minimal. The nurturing of the child at the orphanage is exceptional. The Vietnam Program is an excellent option and should be seriously considered.
