New Beginnings is pleased to welcome Carolyn Cain, MSW, as our new Social Work Supervisor. Carolyn provides clinical and administrative oversight of home studies and post-placement supervision, supporting families from preparation through placement and beyond.
She brings 20 years of experience in child welfare and adoption, with a strong focus on family support, parent education, and trauma-informed practice. Carolyn leads our monthly “Drop-in Support” sessions and has developed programs to guide families parenting children with complex trauma and higher support needs.
Her practical experience and steady approach strengthen the care and guidance we provide to families throughout the adoption process. We are glad to have her on the team and look forward to the support she will offer to our community.
