New Beginnings invites families to join us for an online information session about our Morocco Kafala Program.
This session will provide important updates on the Morocco program, including the traditional referral process and the development of a court-directed kafala pathway. The court-directed pathway has created additional possibilities for qualified families who are prepared, flexible, and able to travel to Morocco for the kafala process.
During the session, we will discuss the children in need of families, current timeline expectations, travel considerations, and what families should understand before moving forward. We will also explain how the court-directed process differs from the traditional referral process and what families should consider when deciding whether Morocco may be the right program for them.
This session is intended for families who are beginning to explore international adoption, as well as families already considering Morocco. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and speak with New Beginnings program staff.
