Our international adoption program in Thailand has been open since 1987. The Pattaya Orphanage in Pattaya City is one of the most nurturing and caring orphanages placing children internationally.
Thailand is a Hague country, however, the number of children placed from Thailand to American families is less than one hundred a year. This is because Thailand has developed a social service system that addresses the needs of most children, making international adoption one option among many.
From start to finish, our Thai International Adoption Program takes approximately two years. The youngest children available range from one to two years old. The program is restrictive in that applicants must be married, of a certain age, and in good health, but for families that qualify the Thai program is an excellent option.
