Being part of the adoption process, I see the compassion and professionalism that my coworkers display. New Beginnings is a small agency, but the professionalism in services is outstanding. The approach we take with our families is one of mutual respect and cooperation. We know our families personally, and they know all of us. If there is a problem or concern, we will take the necessary time to resolve it. We share the joy of adoption with each of our families. We take pride in providing support and information to our families both before and after placement.
